ORDERS

Orders are placed at the American Hecho website at AmericanHecho.com.

Orders placed will be processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3 pm PST (excluding major holidays and special dates). 

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification.

Most made to order products will ship within 7-10 business days.

We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and PayPal only.

SIZING

At the current time, all clothing is done in men's sizes, and children's sizes 24 month & 5T only. Please follow the fit info chart as a general guideline.

SHIPPING

Enjoy free standard shipping when you place your $35 order within California or $75 everywhere else in the United States and its territories.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Delivery of your order will depend on your chosen shipping method.

The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based and are calculated during the checkout process.The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page.

A majority of our products are hand-crafted to-order so please refer to individual product descriptions for specific shipping schedules. 

Note: Delivery service to PO boxes, APO addresses, and US Territories are shipped using USPS Priority Mail and will be charged at those rates.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS


With the exception of fragrances, items unwashed, undamaged, unused or defective may be returned or exchanged, if within 30 days of purchase.



We refund the cost of the returned merchandise as soon as we receive the delivery. Refunds are in the form of original payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Special limitations pertain to clothing and swimwear. All clothing including swimwear must be unwashed, undamaged, and unused. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact.

Because of the nature of our aromatherapy & fragrances, we do not accept returns on fragrances & essential oils, and botanical perfumes. If available, we will be happy to send you samples prior to purchase.



All candles must be returned unused and unburned.

NOTE: We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries, and return shipment is at your expense. Also, we don’t refund original shipping and handling charges. However, for exchanges we will ship the exchange free of charge.

SAFETY
 (FRAGRANCES / CANDLES)

Please consult with your physician for possible safety regarding all ingredients, including essential oils, and herbs. We cannot be held liable for not including all possible side effects of the essential oils, herbs, and other natural ingredients.

Keep out of reach of children and pets.

To prevent fire and serious injury, burn candle within sight. Keep away from vibrations and drafts. Only burn the candle on a level, fire resistant surface. Never burn a candle on or near anything that can catch fire or for more than 4 hours.
